Varsity Wins District - WB 14 - Humble - 6

The West Brook Bruins are 21-5A District Champions. Preceding kickoff, the weather was idyllic as parents of the Seniors were recognized on the field. When it was over, the game was as much a reward for those parents as it was for the players. Behind every West Brook player is a family that backs them and instills the discipline and self-respect required to survive in this program. Congratulations to players and parents alike.

C-Mike ran over the initial tackler, but suffered a right knee bruise as he was tackled on the play.

As the first half concluded, Christian Louis drove WB to a score by spreading the ball to all of his receivers.
Half-time allows Thomas Burrets to do a little star-gazing. But, John Titus could not extricate himself from the intensity of the game.
Half-time was made more joyous as the Varsity cheerleaders welcomed some future Bruins.
Coach Payne's son is quite the lady's man.
Prior to the second half, Christine Micheal's return was a question. As he took the field, the crowd's emotion rose with every step.
